Meizu 15 Plus features a 5.95-inches AMOLED display with 2560 x 1440 pixels. This smartphone is powered by 64-bit Samsung Exynos 9 Series 8895 octa-core processor with Mali-G71 MP20 GPU. The Meizu 15 Plus is available in several variants with 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM. It features 3.5mm audio jack while some flagships no longer have it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have microSD slot for storage expansion.
Meizu 15 Plus has a dual camera module on the back – 12MP wide-angle lens (Sony IMX380 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, four axis OIS, PDAF, laser auto-focus) + 20MP telephoto (f/2.0 aperture). Other key camera features such as AI beauty recognition, 6-LED ring flash and 4K video recording. Meanwhile the front-facing camera is a 20MP with f/20 aperture. The operating system of Meizu 15 Plus is Flyme OS 7 on top of Android 7.1.2 Nougat. The battery is a 3,500mAh battery. Apart from the fingerprint sensor on the rear panel, it also has face recognition. Meizu claims that the built-in mEngine offers more real and delicate vibration effect. The small home button has a pressure sensor chip, which combined with mEngine to simulate the feel of the physical buttons.
