Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has launched as probably the best phablet in 2017. Meanwhile Meizu Pro 6S is an upgraded of Pro 5. Which device features the best specifications? Let’s compare the specs of Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Meizu Pro 6S and Meizu Pro 6.   

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 features a 6.3-inches Infinity Display with Quad HD+ resolution. This flagship smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 835 MSM8998 octa-core processor, which consists of two sets of quad-core processor based on Kyro 280 and Adreno 540 GPU. The Galaxy Note 8 is still a 6GB RAM smartphone and there are three storage options available – 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. Galaxy Note 8 is also available in another variant that is powered by 64-bit Exynos 8895 octa-core processor and it depends on the region.

The rear-facing camera of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is a dual camera module, which consists of 12MP shooter (f/1.7 aperture, wide-angle lens, OIS) and 12MP shooter (telephoto lens, f2.4 aperture, OIS). The front-facing camera of is a 8MP shooter with f/1.7 aperture and wide-angle lens. For the OS, Samsung preloads it with Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will receive Android 8.0 Oreo in the future. The battery is a 3300mAh battery with fast charging both on wired and wireless. Due to the Infinity Display, the Note 8’s fingerprint sensor is also on the back panel. Samsung also ensures that the Note 8 is able to withstand the water splash and dust resistance.
Meizu Pro 6S features a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD resolution. It is powered by 64-bit MediaTek Helio X25 deca-ore processor, which consists of two Cortex A72 cores, two sets of four Cortex A53 cores and Mali-T880 MP4 GPU as well as 4GB of RAM memory. The rear-facing camera of Meizu Pro 6S is a 12-megapixel Sony IMX318 shooter with f/2.0 aperture, 10 LEDs circle flash while the front-facing camera is a 5-megapixel shooter.

The operating system is Flyme OS based on Android and it supports multiple 4G LTE bands. The battery of Pro 6S is 3,060mAh, which is non-removable and supports mCharge 3.0 fast charging technology. The internal storage is 64GB. The fingerprint sensor of Pro 6S is embedded into the home button. 

Meizu Pro 6 features a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD resolution. It is powered by 64-bit MediaTek Helio X25 deca-ore processor, which consists of two Cortex A72 cores, two sets of four Cortex A53 cores and Mali-T880 MP4 GPU as well as 4GB of RAM memory. The rear-facing camera of Pro 6 is a 21.16-megapixel shooter while the front-facing camera is a 5-megapixel shooter.

The operating system is Flyme OS based on Android and it supports multiple 4G LTE bands. The battery of Pro 6 is 2,560mAh, which is non-removable and supports mCharge 3.0 fast charging technology. The internal storage options are 32GB and 64GB. The fingerprint sensor of Pro 6 is embedded into the home button.
