Oppo R11 Plus is the larger version of Oppo R11 in the market. On the other hand, Sony Xperia XZ and Xperia X Compact are the flagship devices from Sony for the second half of 2016. Which device features the best specifications? Let’s compare the specs of Oppo R11 Plus, Sony Xperia XZ and Sony Xperia X Compact.

Oppo R11 Plus features a 6-inches TFT-LCD with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution (FHD). This flagship smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor, which consists of two sets of four Kyro 260 cores and Adreno 512 GPU. The RAM memory of R11 Plus is 4GB pairs with 64GB of storage. In addition, it has microSD slot for storage expansion.

The rear-facing camera of R11 Plus is a dual camera module, which consists of 16MP (f/1.7 aperture, 6p lens) + 20MP (f/2.6 aperture, 5p lens) alongside dual tone LED flash, PDAF and HDR. On the other hand, the front-facing camera is a 20-megapixel shooter. It is pre-installed with ColorOS 3.1 on top of Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The battery of R11 Plus is 3,000mAh built-in battery that supports VOOC quick charge. Its worth to note that the fingerprint sensor is embedded onto the home button.

Sony Xperia XZ features a 5.2-inches IPS LCD display with FHD resolution. It is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor and 3GB of RAM memory. The device is available in two storage options – 32GB and 64GB. There is a microSD slot for storage expansion as well.

The rear-facing camera of Xperia XZ is a 23-megapixel shooter with LED flash, Exmor RS sensor, 1/2.3″ sensor, f/2.0 lens, Predictive Hybrid AF, 5-axis stabilization and 4K video recording. On the other hand, another camera on the front is a 13-megapixel with 1/3” Exmor RS sensor, 22mm wide-angle f/2.0 lens and 1080p video recording. The operating system of Xperia XZ is Xperia UI on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow and the battery is a 2,900mAh built-in battery. Aside from the water/dust resistant, its fingerprint sensor is on the power button, which is rather unique.

Sony Xperia XZ is available in single-SIM and dual-SIM versions. Sony Xperia XZ is also the first Sony smartphone to come with USB type-C port instead of the traditional micro USB.

Sony Xperia X Compact features a 4.6-inches IPS LCD display with HD resolution. It is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 650 MSM8956 hexa-core processor, which consists of two Cortex A72 cores, four Cortex A53 cores and Adreno 510 GPU as well as 3GB of RAM memory. The internal storage is 32GB and there is a microSD slot for storage expansion as well.

The rear-facing camera of Xperia X Compact is a LED flash, Exmor RS sensor, 1/2.3″ sensor, f/2.0 lens, Predictive Hybrid AF, 5-axis stabilization and 4K video recording. On the other hand, another camera on the front is a 5-megapixel with 1/3.06″ Exmor RS sensor, 22mm wide-angle f/2.0 lens and 1080p video recording. The operating system of Xperia X Compact is Xperia UI on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow and the battery is a 2,700mAh built-in battery. Aside from the water/dust resistant, its fingerprint sensor is on the power button, which is rather unique.

Sony Xperia X Compact is also the first Sony smartphone to come with USB type-C port instead of the traditional micro USB.
