Thai carrier Dtac has officially launched its latest smartphone in Thailand – Dtac Phone S3. It is a low-middle range Android smartphone with 4G LTE support. Let’s take a look at the device’s specs and details.
Dtac Phone S3 features a 5.5-inches 2.5D IPS touchscreen display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution (FWVGA), which is slightly blurry for daily usage.
For performance-wise, it is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core processor alongside 1GB of RAM memory. The internal storage of Dtac Phone S3 is 8GB and you don’t have to worry about storage because it also supports external storage expansion through microSD card.
This 5.5-inches device has an 8-megapixel camera on the back with LED flash alongside a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for both selfie and video calls. With the supportive LED flash, users are able to capture brighter photos during the night and under low light conditions. Furthermore, the LED flash is can be used as a flash light as well.
Regarding its network support, Dtac Phone S3 is compatible with multiple LTE network bands and supports dual SIM, hence users are able to insert two SIM cards together. Other key features/specs are USB OTG (TBC), 3.5mm audio jack, multiple sensors, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, as well as a micro USB port instead of reversible USB Type-C.
Android 7.0 Nougat version is the operating system of Dtac Phone S3. As for the battery, it does come with 2,000mAh of battery juice.
This Nougat flavoured smartphone is available in Metallic Black and Metallic Gold colors while is priced at THB 2,790 in Thailand.
