LG G6 being described as a new flagship as the Korean company has ditched the unpopular modular design. On the other hand, Mi5S is the upgraded version of Mi5 and Mi5S Plus is the larger version. Which device features the best specifications? Let’s compare the specs of LG G6, Xiaomi Mi5S and Xiaomi Mi5S Plus.

LG G6 features a 5.7-inches FullVision display with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution (Quad HD). This flagship smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 821 MSM8996 Pro quad-core processor, which consists of two sets of dual-core processor based on Kyro and Adreno 530 GPU . The RAM memory of LG G6 is still 4GB as the Korean decides not to join the 6GB RAM party. There are two ROM options available – 32GB and 64GB while there is a slot for storage expansion.

The LG G6 features dual camera module on the back, which consists of two 13-megapixel cameras alongside OIS 2.0, LED flash while the front-facing camera is a 5-megapixel shooter (f/2.2 aperture). The LG smartphone is pre-installed with LG UX 6.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. Finally, LG brings an end to the removable battery and modular design as the LG G6 has a built-in battery with sealed cover. The fingerprint sensor of LG G6 remains on the back panel and it comes with new colors – Mystic white, astro black and ice platinum.

Xiaomi Mi5S features a 5.15-inches display with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution (FHD). This flagship smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 821 MSM8996 Pro quad-core processor, which consists of two sets of dual-core processor based on Kyro and Adreno 530 GPU, alongside 3GB of RAM. The storage options of Xiaomi Mi5S are 64GB and 128GB (4GB RAM), but it doesn’t support storage

The rear-facing camera of Xiaomi Mi5S is a 13-megapixel Sony IMX378 camera with dual-tone LED flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture while the front-facing camera is a 4-megapixel shooter. The operating system of Xiaomi Mi5S is MIUI 8 based on Android Marshmallow and will receive Android Nougat in the near future. The battery of Xiaomi Mi5S is a 3,200mAh power battery, which is non-removable.

Xiaomi Mi5S is the upgraded version of Xiaomi Mi5 with better processor and better camera. The fingerprint of Mi5S is on the home button.
