Oppo R9S Plus is the larger version of R9S and also features 6GB of RAM memory. On the other hand, Sony Xperia X was introduced as the first smartphone of the new Xperia series alongside the Xperia X Performance. Which device features the best specifications? Oppo R9S Plus features a 6.0-inches AMOLED display with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution (FHD). This flagship smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 653 MSM8976 Pro octa-core processor, which consists of four Cortex A72 cores, four Cortex A53 cores and Adreno 510 GPU. The RAM memory of R9S Plus is 6GB and the internal storage is 64GB. There is no worries for storage as R9S Plus supports microSD.

The rear-facing camera of R9S Plus is a 16-megapixel Sony IMX398 camera with f/1.7 aperture, dual LED flash, dual PDAF, OIS+, 6p lens, 1.12um while the front-facing camera is a 16-megapixel shooter (f/2.0 aperture). The Oppo R9S Plus is pre-loaded with ColorOS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The battery of R9S is a 4,000mAh power battery, which is non-removable and supports VOOC charge.

The fingerprint sensor of Oppo R9S Plus is embedded onto the home button. There are several colors available – gold, rose gold and black.

Sony Xperia X has a 5.0-inches Triluminos display with FHD resolution. It is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 650 MSM8956 hexa-core processor alongside 3GB of RAM. The rear-facing camera of Xperia X is an improved 23-megapixel Exmor RS camera alongside a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. The Xperia X was announced as the first Sony smartphone that pre-installed with Xperia UI based Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Its battery is a 2,620mAh built-in battery and the fingerprint sensor is still on the side of the device. There are two storage options available – 32GB and 64GB, and the storage can be expanded further with a microSD.

Sony Xperia X Performance has a 5.0-inches Triluminos display with FHD resolution. It is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor alongside 3GB of RAM. The rear-facing camera of Xperia X Performance is an improved 23-megapixel Exmor RS camera alongside a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. The Xperia X Performance is runs on Xperia UI based Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Its battery is a 2,700mAh built-in battery and the fingerprint sensor is still on the side of the device. The internal storage is 32GB and the storage can be expanded further with a microSD. In short, the Xperia X Performance is the upgraded version of Xperia X.
