Japanese company Casio has officially announced its latest wearable at the CES 2017 – Casio WSD F-20. It is a smartwatch for outdoor. Let’s take a look at the device’s specs and details.
Casio WSD F-20 features a 1.32-inch dual layer display with 320×300 pixels. For performance-wise, it runs on Android Wear 2.0 and features the new Location Memory app that enables users to customize maps by adding markers and text.
Regarding its connectivity, Casio WSD F-20 is able to connect to Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi and GPS. For the outlook, this smartwatch comes with button guards, a protective bezel, and side buttons of varying sizes. Furthermore, the low power GPS is able to track the current location of the user without pairing any smartphones.
To make it even better, Casio has developed various original apps to make the most out of it during outdoor activities and adventures. Those applicates are – Location memory, Activity, Moment setter and other utility apps.
The dimensions of Casio WSD F-20 are measured at 61.7 x 56.4 x 15.7mm and weights at 92g. It works on smartphone with Android 4.3 or later and iPhone with iOS 9 or later. Casio WSD F-20 will be available starting from April 21, 2017, in Orange and Black color variants.
