Chinese brand Huawei has unveiled the Mate 9 phablet with second generation Leica lens. Let’s take a look at the close up images of Huawei Mate 9.
Huawei Mate 9 features a 5.9-inches 2.5D touchscreen with FHD resolution. It is powered by new 64-bit Hisilicon Kirin 960 octa-core processor, which consists of four Cortex A73 cores and four Cortex A53 cores alongside IntelliSense i6 sensor and Mali G71 GPU. The RAM of Mate 9 is 4GB while the internal storage is from 32GB and can be expanded further with a microSD.
The rear-facing camera of Huawei Mate 9 is a second generation Leica dual-lens camera with 12-megapixel RGB sensor, 20-megapixel monochrome sensor and Hybrid Zoom as well as 2x magnification, dual-tone LED flash, laser auto focus, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, CAF, Laser AF, OIS, 4K video recording and Huawei-developed ISP. The front-facing camera of Mate 9 is an 8-megapixel shooter.
The operating system of Mate 9 is EMUI 5.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat and there is a fingerprint sensor on the back panel, which is right below the camera lens. The battery is a 4,000mAh power battery and supports SuperCharge.
