Google Pixel XL is the larger version of first Google Pixel smartphones. On the other hand, Moto Z and the Moto Z Force are the new flagships of Motorola with Moto Mods. Which device features the best specifications? Let’s compare the specs of Google Pixel XL, Moto Z and Moto Z Force.

Google Pixel XL aka HTC Pixel XL features a 5.5-inches AMOLED display with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution (Quad HD). This flagship smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 821 MSM8996 Pro quad-core processor, which consists of two sets of dual-core processor based on Kyro and Adreno 530 GPU, alongside 4GB of RAM. The storage options of Google Pixel XL are 32GB and 128GB, but it doesn’t support storage expansion.

The rear-facing camera of Google Pixel XL is a 12.3-megapixel Sony IMX378 camera with LED flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, EIS while the front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel shooter. The HTC-built Pixel XL is pre-loaded with pure Android 7.1 Nougat, which is the first smartphones with Android 7.1 version (not Android 7.0). The battery of Google Pixel XL is a 3,450mAh power battery, which is non-removable.

Google Pixel XL is one of the first Pixel smartphones from Google in the post Nexus-era. The fingerprint sensor of it is on the back panel, right above the Google logo.

Lenovo Moto Z aka Moto Z Droid (in the USA) features a 5.5-inches AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution. This flagship smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 820 MSM8996 quad-core processor, which consists of two sets of dual-core processor based on Kyro and Adreno 530 GPU while RAM memory is 4GB. The rear-facing camera of Moto Z smartphone is a 13-megapixel camera with OIS, f/1.8 aperture, laser focus, dual temperature LED flash while the front-facing camera is a 5-megapixel shooter.

The operating system is Android 6.0 Marshmallow and it supports multiple 4G LTE bands include LTE Cat 9. The battery of Moto Z is a 2,600mAh built-in battery and there is a fingerprint sensor. The Moto Z is available in 32GB and 64GB models. Of course, the main selling point of this Moto Z is the Moto Mods accessories that allow users to turn the device into a projector or a boombox.

This flagship smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 820 MSM8996 quad-core processor, which consists of two sets of dual-core processor based on Kyro and Adreno 530 GPU while RAM memory is 4GB. The rear-facing camera of Moto Z Force smartphone is a 21-megapixel camera with OIS, f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, laser focus, dual temperature LED flash while the front-facing camera is a 5-megapixel shooter.
