It is a little bit ridiculous since most of the companies released its flagship before the “mini-size” flagship. Perhaps, Huawei has its own marketing strategies and decided to come out with the Huawei Ascend P7 Mini ahead of the flagship Ascend P7.
Huawei Ascend P7 Mini has a 4.5-inch In-cell TFT display (about 11.6cm). The display resolution is 940 x 540 pixels resolution, which is qHD standard. Huawei Ascend P7 Mini is powered by a Snapdragon quad-core processor that clocked at 1.2GHz and the GPU is Adreno 305. From our analysis, Huawei Ascend P7 Mini has a Snapdragon 400 series processor.
The RAM of Huawei Ascend P7 Mini is 1GB alongside 8GB of internal storage. The 8GB can be expanded further with a MicroSD card up to 32GB at maximum.
There are two cameras for the Huawei Ascend P7 Mini, where the main camera is an 8-megapixel shooter with autofocus and LED flash while the secondary camera is a 5-megapixel shooter. Other features of Huawei Ascend P7 Mini include 3.5mm audio jack, USB OTG, MicroUSB, A-GPS, DLNA, NFC, Bluetooth and WLAN.
Huawei Ascend P7 Mini is a 4G LTE-enabled smartphone as it supports 4G LTE network Cat.4 with 150Mbps of download and 50Mbps of upload speed. Huawei Ascend P7 Mini will not come with the latest KitKat because the operating system version is just Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. There is a 2,000mAh battery for the new “mini-smartphone”.
The dimension of the Ascend P7 Mini is 131.2 x 65.3 x 7.8 mm while the weight is just 115g. Huawei Ascend P7 Mini has been announced in Germany and is expected to launch in European region soon.
